What this notice covers

This page is for the public marketing site at enatlas.io. The secured register at app.enatlas.io is a separate product with its own access controls and, where required, its own notices. This site does not host well files, operator credentials, or the asset register.

Who we are

enatlas publishes this site and the register product. For questions about this notice, write to hello@enatlas.io.

What we collect here

The marketing site is built to work with as little personal data as possible. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. If you email us, we receive the address and message you send. Hosting and delivery logs (for example IP address, user agent, and requested path) may be processed by the infrastructure that serves enatlas.io so the site can stay available and secure.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the host to operate the site or to protect it. The register at app.enatlas.io may set cookies required for authentication and session integrity.

Why we process it

We use contact messages to reply. We use operational logs to keep the site up, to diagnose faults, and to detect abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not use this site to profile visitors for advertising.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Operational logs are retained for a short period set by the host, then deleted or aggregated.

Processors and location

enatlas.io is intended to deploy on Vercel. That means request data may be processed in the regions Vercel uses to serve the site. The register product is on a separate path toward NITA-aligned sovereign hosting for the featured Ghana market. That path does not make this marketing site a government system of record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain processing. Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) is relevant for residents of the featured market. Write to us and we will handle the request in line with the law that applies.

Children

This site is for professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below.
